Clinton Tsang and Penelope Shen join KYC

Making a great start to the Year of the Rooster, we are excited to announce that Clinton Tsang and Penelope Shen have both joined the firm.

Clinton joins our Disputes, Regulatory & Insolvency Practice as a consultant, and will become a partner of our firm once regulatory registration process is completed shortly with the Hong Kong Law Society. He has extensive experience in Hong Kong and Mainland China-related complex commercial litigation, contentious insolvency matters involving multiple jurisdiction asset tracing and recovery, regulatory investigations, contentious employment disputes and restructuring.

Penelope joins as a partner in our Investment Funds & Asset Management Practice. She has a focus on establishment and structuring of private investment funds, including in-depth experience on classified funds, QFII and RQFII funds.
